Walsh filed papers to end his six-year marriage to the actress in 2010, and now the star must hand over 50 per cent of his royalties from U.S. TV series Nip/Tuck and a number of other TV shows and movies to Going as part of their divorce agreement.

According to documents signed by a U.S. judge, the former couple will share joint legal custody of eight-year-old daughter, Stella, while Walsh has also agreed to pay child support.

In addition, the 49 year old will give Going a lump sum of $118,376 (GBP73,985) and an unspecified amount of spousal support until 2015, reports TMZ.com.
