DETROIT (WKZO) -- A new bridge between Detroit and Canada could be open by 2020 according to official government documents. The Michigan Department of Transportation says that date, just about seven years from now, is quote, "aggressive but achievable." Governor Snyder's administration says building a new bridge to go along with the private Ambassador Bridge is needed for the economy and to end traffic jams of semis going back and forth.
