POLKTON (WKZO) -- Police have found the body of a Grand Haven man in a car submerged in the Grand River in Polkton Township.  Larry Stearns had not been seen since leaving work on Monday, and his vehicle was found in the water near where his family says some of his favorite hunting spots were located.

Stearns was 29-years-old and a married father of three kids.  He had mentioned to family members earlier on Christmas Eve that he might take some time after work to check some hunting traps, which gave police the needed clues to find him.
