KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Police are reporting a homicide at the Comstock Village Apartments off Sprinkle near Gull Road.

Apparently, a domestic dispute between a 19-year-old woman and her 25-year-old boyfriend escalated to the point of violence around 9:45 a.m. Tuesday in one of the units at the back of the housing complex.  She allegedly stabbed him with a knife, and the wound proved fatal.

The woman has been cooperative with law enforcement and investigators are trying to determine exactly what took place.  No names have been released.

Two children who had been living at the apartment have been turned over to relatives.
