BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) -- Federal court documents indicate a Battle Creek man made threats against President Obama, Vice President Biden, Governor Snyder and many others to try to get more Social Security money.

45-year-old Timothy Burgess is accused of writing threats that he would rape young girls if his checks weren't increased.  On the Social Security Administration website on December 4th, Burgess allegedly wrote it would "be too bad" if a little girl died at his hand if he didn't receive more than 698-dollars a month, adding he "will get [his] first victim very soon."
