NEW YORK (WKZO)  -- Almost three dozen states are sharing in a 42.9-million-dollar settlement from the drug manufacturer Pfizer.  The deal resolves a fraud investigation into the company's unlawful promotion of two antibiotic drugs.  Investigators claimed Pfizer unlawfully marketed Zyvox as a better drug to another generic equivalent, while promoting that Lyrica could be used for unapproved uses.
