LANSING (WKZO) -- LANSING (WKZO) -- The Michigan House of Representatives passed House Bill 4003 concerning right-to-work legislation for public unions Tuesday, then passed Semate Bill 116 concerning private workers.  The legislation now heads to the governor's desk.

Protestors took to the streets outside the Michigan State Capitol Tuesday.  WKZO was on-site and video is provided above.
