VAN BUREN COUNTY (WKZO) -- Van Buren County Deputies pulled over a man for erratic driving on C.R. 653 and noticed what appeared to be drugs on the floor of the vehicle.
That prompted a search and the discovery of several small bags containing methamphetamine and the materials used to make meth.
The 45-year-old driver, a Decatur man, was arrested for driving under the influence of meth, and possession.
The 38-year-old passenger, who was also from Decatur, was arrested for violating parole and for possession.
The 2001 Ford Taurus that the drugs were located in, cash, and other drug related items were seized under the civil forfeiture law.
