PAW PAW (WKZO) -- A Muncie, Indiana woman is being treated for head and back injuries after she lost control of her car at high speeds on I-94 in Van Buren County and wound up with the rubber side up in a ditch along the highway.
It happened near 41st Street when she tried to make a lane change at high speed and lost control, leaving the roadway, digging in a tire and flipping the car onto its roof, sliding along in the grass upside down until it came to a rest.
She was trapped inside until passersby pried her out of the wreckage. 24-year-old Kassandra McCorkhill was taken to Lakeview General for treatment and cited for speeding.
