KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Western Michigan University President John Dunn has been given another positive evaluation by the WMU Board of Trustees. Such an evaluation would typically come with a rise, but Dunn is continuing the tradition of turning the extra money over to the university for scholarships.
The board decided to give Dunn a one-percent raise because other labor groups in the university had received the same amount. That brings his pay to about 373-thousand dollars, meaning about 28-thousand will be donated to the university's scholarship fund.
