KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Kalamazoo County Prosecutor Jeff fink is asking for the Attorney General to appoint a special prosecutor to determine if a Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Deputy should face charges for allegedly using surveillance equipment owned by the Sheriff's Department to spy on a female officer who was also a nursing mom.  They are seeking a special prosecutor because local judicial officials all have a conflict because they have worked with the Sergeant involved.
