PORTAGE (WKZO) -- An autopsy on an infant rescued from a Portage home Tuesday found some bruising and a puncture wound on the child's foot, but nothing that would cause death. Toxicology tests on the five-month-old could take several weeks.
The investigation's focus is on the father, who was the only adult with the child when the infant stopped breathing. He has a history of domestic violence, a criminal record, and is reportedly wanted on a drug warrant in Georgia.
