HAMBURG (WKZO) -- Army National Guard Staff Sergeant Julie Wiles has a nearly-new home now that she has returned from a year-long tour of duty in Kuwait and other areas of the Middle East.  The Hamburg Township resident said she had a lot of improvements she wanted to make on the home that she bought three years ago.  Wiles was moved to tears when she came home to see the changes Sunday night and be reunited with her 12-year-old daughter, who also helped with the work along with nearly two dozen volunteers.
