KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- The girlfriend of murder victim Luke Vincent testified they were all drunk when 34-year-old Brian Peterson smashed Vincent’s head with a barbell back in October in a home in Kalamazoo’s Vine Neighborhood.

She testified that she had been having a domestic dispute with Vincent when Peterson intervened, and the violence occurred.

Based on her testimony and other evidence, Peterson has now been bound over to stand trial for the murder of his 24-year-old roommate.
