DEARBORN (WKZO) -- Ford Motor Company retails sales for November increased 12-percent over the same period last year.

Small car sales for the month posted the segment's strongest November in 12 years.  Leading the small car segment were C-MAX Hybrids.  Truck sales were up as well with the F-series posting its 16th consecutive year-over-year monthly sales increase and the best November since 2005.

Ford Vice President Ken Czubay says November was a strong month for the entire industry.  He says, "we saw sharp increases in demand for Ford's fuel-efficient small cars, our best-ever month for electrified vehicles and growing demand for our fuel-efficient and capable F-Series pickups."
