PORTAGE (WKZO) -- It looks like the West Lake Drive In will be open by this time next week. A number of Portage residents were surprised and disappointed when the summer staple and landmark on Portage Road did not reopen.

Now another new family, the Neebs, who have lived on West Lake for decades, has purchased it and plans to reopen it for the next couple of months, and will bring back a full season with a full menu next spring.
