HOLLAND (WKZO) -- 13-year-old Nathan Duszynski of Holland took on city hall, and won.  Mayor Kurt Dykstra and the city council approved a plan last night to allow for a special exemption for the teen to operate a hot dog cart for the rest of the year in downtown Holland after shutting it down last month.  Duszynski's parents are disabled, and his food stand was to be their sole source of income.  He and his mother recently moved into a homeless shelter.
