GRAND RAPIDS (WKZO) -- A measure that would decriminalize marijuana use in Grand Rapids has been put on the November ballot.  It is modeled a similar Ann Arbor law and possession of marijuana would result in a civil citation instead of a criminal arrest.

Proponents argue the measure would mean fewer young people with criminal records ruining their futures.  Unlike the Ann Arbor ordinance, sales would still be illegal.
