DETROIT, MI (1660 THE FAN) - It has been said that all good things must come to an end...and the Tigers experienced that Wednesday night at Comerica Park.  A 6-game winning streak and 10-game home winning streak both came to an end, but not without a fight, as the NY Yankees beat Detroit, 12-8.  The two teams combined for 31 hits, as NY held on for the win.  Former Tiger Curtis Granderson went 3-5, with 4 RBIs, a home run, and a double.  The final game of the series will take place Thursday afternoon, with broadcast time on AM 590 WKZO set for 12:40p.
