LANSING (WKZO) -- The Michigan Department of Community Health is set to distribute two-million dollars for HIV Prevention Services. The department is opening up a competitive "Request for Proposals" process to determine where the money will go. Health agencies looking to secure the money have until Monday to submit their :Intent to Apply" form, and until September 5th to get their final proposals in.
