LANSING (WKZO) -- Attorney General Bill Schuette says that Governor Snyder can re-appoint emergency managers while the the current emergency manager law is suspended. The existing law will be in limbo until after the November election, when voters will decide whether or not to repeal the legislation. In an opinon issued this week, though, Schuette says that an old law grants the governor the authority to re-appoint those whose status would be suspended pending the outcome of the election.
