DETROIT, MI (1660 THE FAN) - The outlook wasn't promising for the Motown squad...a lackluster 3-6 road trip...and now hosting the team that had won 7 of 9 meetings this season- Cleveland.  So of course, the Tigers cut loose...Prince Fielder, to be specific.  Fielder drove in five runs with a home run and double, and Anibal Sanchez pitched like the player Detroit hoped it had gotten in the trade with Miami, as the Tigers beat up on the Indians, 10-2.  Game 2 of the series is Saturday, with a 6:40p broadcast time on 590 WKZO.
