LEROYTOWNSHIP  (WKZO)  --  State police in Calhoun County are calling it attempted murder.  It began as two men arguing over a woman by text.  They met for a showdown on Two Mile in LeroyTownship. 

One  of them, the current boyfriend brought a gun, firing off four to five shots and missing with all of them.  With police on the way he barricaded himself neighbor’s home and refused to come out. Troopers and deputies surrounded the place and went in, finding him hiding behind a furnace. They also recovered the gun.  He’s in custody and the neighborhood is getting back to normal.
