DETROIT (WKZO) -- Rising gas prices are helping General Motors sell vehicles that achieve 30 or more miles per gallon on the highway.  The automaker announced that sales of those vehicles topped 100-thousand for the month of March.  It was the highest monthly total for fuel efficient cars in the company's history.  Automakers will release their March sales figures on Tuesday.
