DETROIT, MI (WKZO) - The Detroit Tigers may have clinched the AL Central, but they are still seeking home field advantage in at least the 1st round of the playoffs.  Thursday night's performance did not help that effort.  The Tigers were edged by a suddenly-hot Baltimore Oriole team, 6-5, and remain tied with Texas for the 2nd best record in the league. OF Delmon Young hit a three-run home run in a losing effort.  Rick Porcello will try to get Detroit back on track Friday night in game two of the series, with broadcast time on AM 590 WKZO set for 6:40 pm.
