DECATUR, ALABAMA (WKZO) -- A man charged with spying on women in public bathrooms in Kalamazoo has now been arrested for allegedly doing the same in Decatur, Alabama.

Robert Bell, 50, was arrested last week.  A police news conference was expected Wednesday to discuss about the case. 

He was arrested in 2009 for three similar incidents at the Walmart stores in Georgia. He was also being sought for similar crimes at the YMCA and KVCC in Kalamazoo and in Huntsville, Alabama.
