DEARBORN (WKZO) -- Ford Motor Company August sales are up 11-percent over the same period last year.  Leading the way was a 25-percent jump in sales of all Lincolns fueled by a 50 percent leap for the MKZ, 35-percent increase for the MKS and 15-percent climb for the MKX.  Ford brand sales are up 16-percent over last year. The category is paced by a 49-percent boost in sales of utilities, Escape's 39-percent growth and a 300-percent gain for Explorer.
