JACKSON, Mich (WLMI)  The man charged with the brutal murder and beheading of a Jackson woman has been found not competent to stand trial.  Attorneys representing 46-year old Leo Kwaske received the decision Tuesday from psychiatrists who evaluated him.  Despite the ruling—Kwaske is STILL charged with killing Shirley Meeks October 15^th in her apartment.   Doctors will undergo treatment in hopes he can eventually stand trial.
