The 94 year-old star left the UCLA Medical Centre in Los Angeles on Friday (21Oct11), two weeks after she was admitted with a high fever.

She underwent two stomach surgeries to repair a loose feeding tube and also battled a bout of pneumonia during her stay, but she is now recovering at home.

Her husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt tells Reuters, ""She's alert and she looks good.""
