KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Kalamazoo is among the "100 Best Communities for Young People."  That's according to America's Promise Alliance.  The city was recognized for caring for its young people from infancy through adulthood with financial and volunteer resources.  In all, more than 300 communities were nominated for the competition and winners were named in 39 states.
