WATERVLIET (WKZO) -- Berrien County Deputies are saying a suspected drunk driver struck and killed a young Watervliet man Sunday just before 9 p.m.  They say 29-year-old Eric Boyd was walking down Dan Smith Road near John Goff Road when he was struck from behind.Police say the street is not lit, and Boyd was wearing dark clothing and listening to music with headphones.  The driver, a 23-year-old also from Watervliet, was arrested for allegedly driving drunk causing a death, but it will be up to the prosecutor to decide the final charges.
