UNDATED (WKZO) -- The "Occupy Wall Street" protest grew so large in New York over the weekend it had to temporarily be moved to a bigger park.
Dozens from Michigan made the trip to support the demonstrators who have now been there for over three weeks. Among the Michigan delegation was Ray Holman, a state workers union representative, who said business and elected officials are making all the wrong moves.
He believes cutting government jobs in a recession does more harm than good The movement spread to at least 25 other major cities over the weekend.
A group called "Occupy Kalamazoo" is planning a demonstration downtown during the midday on Wednesday.
