KALAMAZOO,MI(WKZO)-- Game is over. WMU moves to 4-2 on the season and 2-0 in the MAC.

Ball now at midfield.Clock still tickin away. 1 minute left.

The Broncos put Mike Perish in the game at quarterback. Taking as much time as they can to come out of the huddle. 1:30 now left in the game.

WMU returns the kickoff to the 30 yard line. 1st and 10.

The Falcons start to put up a fight. Score on a 4 yard run. 45-21 WMU. 2:30 left in the game.

Bowling Green marching down the field. 1st and 10 at the WMU 9 yard line.

WMU punts the ball, BG takes over at their own 19, 5:55 left in the fourth quarter.

 It should be nothing but running from here on out for the Broncos. Not that they need any more. They already have 351 yards on the ground today.

A few good rushes by RB Michael Johnson gives the Broncos a first and 10 at their own 38.

A crucial 4th down stop by the defense on their own 18 yard line gives the offense the ball back with a chance to score again before half time. Broncos lead 21-14 with the ball and 2:49 left in the first half.

Bowling Green moving the ball fairly well with a great mixture of runs and passes being called for the Falcons. They seem to be focusing on running the ball more though. 1st and 10 on the WMU 38.

A 10 yard reception by Jordan White set the Broncos up with 1st and goal at the 1. A play action pass to Chris Prom gives the Broncos a 21-14 lead.

**1st quarter notes: The Broncos had over 100 yards rushing in the first quarter. Quarterback Alex Carder accounted for 68 of them.**

Broncos starting to mix up the playcalling as they get move the ball to Bowling Green's 35 yard line on a 24 yard pass play to Jordan White and an 9 yard option run. On second down, Broncos RB Brian Fields was hit in the backfield for a 1 yard loss. 3rd and 3 for the Broncos.

After a pass interference call on the defense, and a pair of strong runs, including one for a touchdown gives Broncos a 14-7 lead with 2:18 left in the first quarter. 

A 4th down conversion gives the Broncos a first down at Bowling Green's 36.

Defense comes back out and forces a quick 3 and out for Bowling Green. Bowling Green punts out of their own end zone, punt goes out of bound at Western's 43. 1st and 10 for the Broncos.

Looks like it may be the Alex Carder show as the Western Michigan QB rushed the ball 5 times for 52 yards and a touchdown. 7-0. WMU 10:22 left in the first.

Bowling Green's first drive stalled in three plays, they punt on fourth down. Punt was fair caught at the 35 yard line of the Broncos. 1st and 10 WMU.

Western Michigan won the toss and deferred until the second half. BGSU will receive the ball.
