WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama will send three long-delayed trade deals to Congress later on Monday afternoon, a top Republican senator said.

Senator Orrin Hatch, in a speech on the Senate floor, said he had been informed of the pending action by Trade Representative Ron Kirk.
