KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- The “Cirque Dreams Holidaze” opened last night at Miller Auditorium and one of the lead singers in the national touring company comes from Vicksburg.   Joanna Carpenter, a 2004 Graduate of Vicksburg High, went to KVCC, coached a local track team before heading off to pursue her dreams to wind up on Broadway one day.  She says her leading role in this production is a big step in that direction.

The show celebrates the holiday season with dance, song and acrobatic feats.  Their second and last performance on this stop is tonight at Miller.
