Two brothers from Holland, ages 36 and 38, spent part of their weekend in the Allegan County Jail sobering up after police say they caused a disturbance at the Gun Lake Casino and then fled into a nearby wooded area when police arrived.
Deputies tracked down one of the men about an hour later. A state police helicopter aided in the search for the second man, fearing he might suffer hypothermia in the cold temperatures.
He eluded police for four hours, but was eventually spotted by a limo driver trying to hitch a ride on a nearby road, and reported to police. T
hey both are charged with disturbing the peace and the second man also faces a resisting charge.
