BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) -- Battle Creek Police responded to an assault report in the 90-block of Mosher Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
On arrival a woman informed them that her husband had come up behind and her put a knife to her throat. He let her go a short time later at which point she contacted police.
The 45-year-old man was arrested for intent to murder. The victim was taken to Bronson Battle Creek with non-life threatening injuries.
