DEARBORN (WKZO) -- Ford Motor Company's October U.S. sales were up six-percent over the same period last year. The increase is largely driven by a 38-percent sales jump in SUV's and an eight percent hike in truck sales. Year-to-date Ford U.S. sales are up eleven-percent over 2010.
