The playoffs continued last night with a pair of game two contests. In the opener, LeBron James and Dwyane Wade combined for 63 points to carry the Heat to a 102-to-91 victory over the Celtics in Miami, giving the Heat a 2-to-0 lead in their second round Eastern Conference series.
In the West Conference, Oklahoma City beat Memphis 111-to-102, to even their semifinal series at a game apiece.
And Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose has been named the NBA's Most Valuable Player. He is the first Bull to win the MVP since Michael Jordan captured the last of his five awards in 1998. The 22-year old Rose is the youngest MVP in league history.
