LORDSTOWN, Ohio (WLMI) Several General Motors employees are suing the automaker and the United Auto Workers union. About two dozen GM workers are seeking up to four-million dollars for alleged lost wages and benefits. The employees at GM's Lordstown, Ohio plant claim they were misclassified as temporary workers in 2006. The plaintiffs also allege GM forced them upon threat of termination to sign temporary employee documents and claim the UAW failed to investigate or file a grievance on their behalf.
