Detroit Coach Mike Babcock gave the Red Wings the day off Monday following their 2-to-1 loss Sunday afternoon at San Jose with the defeat leaving the Red Wings down 2-games-to-0 in their Western Conference semi-final series against the Sharks.

Game Three is tomorrow night in Detroit. During their 20-year playoff run in the N-H-L, the Red Wings have been known as the team with no panic in them. However, dating back to last season, Detroit has just two wins in their last dozen games against the Sharks.
