The Kill Bill star failed to show up at a court hearing regarding his child and spousal support case earlier this month (Mar11), prompting a judge to find him in contempt, according to documents obtained by TMZ.com.
A warrant was subsequently issued for Madsen's arrest and his bail has been set at $26,000 (£17,333).
Madsen is said to owe around $570,000 (£380,000) in back payments for child and spousal support.
He has been married three times - to actress Georganne LaPiere, Jeannine Bisignano, mother of his two sons, and his current wife Deanna Morgan.
