Superior Police Officer Pleads Guilty To Disorderly Conduct

SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) - Daniel Hawkin, a sergeant with the Superior Police Department, pled guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct in Carlton County.  The charge stems from an incident at the Black Bear Casino in January of this year where Sgt. Hawkin was initially charged with 5th degree domestic assault.  The Superior Police Department will review all the available information and will determine any disciplinary measures for Sgt. Hawkin who remains on administrative leave at this time.
