DETROIT, MI (Metro Source) - Hundreds gathered on Friday to pay their final respects to a fallen Detroit Police officer. Charles Armour died last Sunday from injuries he sustained after being hit by a car in Greektown. Police have Saddam Moshin of New York in custody and will likely increase the charges against him. Armour was 40-years-old and a 17-year-veteran of the Detroit Police. He had been voted Officer of the Year during his career with DPD. He is survived by his four-year-old daughter, a girlfriend, and other family members.
