WASHINGTON -- U.S. Congresswoman Candice Miller from Michigan supports the Replacing Health Care Law Resolution. Miller says, the goal of the Resolution is, in part, to lower health care premiums through increasing competition, allow patients to keep their existent health care plans if they choose and provide access to care for people with per-existing conditions. She says the resolution also protects the doctor-patient relationship and prohibits taxpayer funds from being used for abortions.
