Senator Debbie Stabenow was in Kalamazoo County Tuesday to cut the ribbon on a new wind technician training tower at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.  KVCC's Wind Turbine Technician Academy is one of the only programs of it's kind in the country.  A $280,000 federal grant helped the college pay for the installation of the tower.  Watch Senator Stabenow as she remarks on the affair.
