LIVIONIA, Mich--A funeral is scheduled Friday for a Livonia police officer who died Monday in a shootout with a burglary suspect. Livonia police say the funeral for Officer Larry Nehasil will be held at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Plymouth. Nehasil's family issued a statement yesterday saying the 48-year-old "died doing the job he loved."
