KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- The filing deadline for this year’s Kalamazoo City Commission race has come and gone, and there are currently thirteen candidates for the seven seats to be filled this fall.
All seven incumbents have filed for another two year term.
The six others are Nicholas Boyd, who ran and came close last time, and Robert Patterson, Andrew Worden, Antwon Hunter, Michael Perrin and Nicholas Wikar.
They will go through a gauntlet of community forums and debates before the vote in November.
