The developers of the new 24-million dollar office and residential building planned for the Corner of Michigan and Rose in downtown Kalamazoo has come up with a name for the facility.
Phoenix Properties have decided to call it “The Exchange”, partly because they are exchanging one use of the property for another, and partly because there is a street nearby called Exchange Place. Construction is expected to start late next year or early in 2013.
