(Saginaw Co., MI)  --  Police have charged a man who led them on a high-speed chase that led to a crash that killed a state trooper. Carl David Entrekin of Oakley was arraigned yesterday in Saginaw County Circuit Court. He is facing six charges, including first-degree manslaughter. Trooper Jeffrey Werda was killed while responding to the call after his car rolled and he was ejected.
